GTA_Jonny™
Now first of, I'd like to say I love this game, I'm not disappointed at all, and I really think its a great step in the right direction. So please don't flame me for voicing an opinion on Grand theft auto IV, this is a GTA forum afterall. Anyway, OT, I loved Lazlow on the other games, he sounded like he was the only semi decent, semi normal person, he was very funny, and seemed like a nice guy, this is way I liked him. Now they changed him into a bit of a twat to be fair, he is horrible, still funny, but not as, and I find myself not enjoying his new character to much. Its a shame they changed his personality from a funny, witty nice guy, to a dumb, arrogant, idiot. Now don't get me wrong, I still find him funny, and I still like the guy, I'm happy he is in the game, even if he has to be like this. But I miss the Lazlow we know and love. Again, I ask you to be grown up about this, if you don't agree thats fine, and by all means tell me, but insulting me will only make you look stupid. uglytrain
Lazlow writes and produces almost all of the radio stations so I'm not sure who "they" are.

Coltrane's Muse
Blame an encroaching mid-life crisis. Generation X'ers aren't too good at conceding to the fact that, hey, they're getting old. Myself included. A little ego boosting is needed once in awhile. He has to prove that he's still "on the edge" and "hip to the scene", as it were. He's getting older, making him a bit more wild and out there. To build off what you said, it's pretty clear he's just starting the show from nothing when you first hear Integrity and he's doing "Radio 2.0" aka walking around interviewing people, since a lot of people don't listen to the radio anymore and stream music of the internets or have satellite radio he's clearly in an underdog position. That would push him to do/say all that stupid sh*t.
Coltrane's Muse
He was more of the "straight man" during the halcyon days of "Chatterbox". Since then, his ability to force a chuckle or two (in my case) has deteriorated -- greatly.

Haha, one of the first thoughts was "wow, Liberty City has WARPED this guy", it's like he's become one of those crazy callers from Chatterbox. I think Fred Armisen steals the thunder from Lazlow by playing 3 different guys he interviews. Fred is funny as f*ck, one of the last funny SNL dudes. Bwag505
Lazlow writes and produces almost all of the radio stations so I'm not sure who "they" are. Ya man, lazlow did that to himself, i dont know why...but he did it. I really miss the old lazlow from gta III that guy was pretty awesome, now all he does is grab hot dog vendors by the hair and shove there head in the hot dog water. Don't fear the Google, son. i've looked him up and read it. i did so years ago (i would assume around gta 3) i have looked at his wikipedia entry. I mean i have done research (i'm kind of a research nut) but i mean i didn't find any info to better explain who he is. It says he has a radio show, but i guess i don't live in a market where it's broadcasted.

Dillinger8
Then that's why he's in the game as a radio personality, he's one in real life. I don't know what you're looking for, I've got no tales of Lazlow taming lions in a fire ring or anything. He's just some radio guy. A damn good one at that. gta-guru
people change over time and if you listened to what he says you can see why he is the way he is.
Breaking Bohan
Yeah, Lazlow is funny as all hell - I love the talk radio stations - I wish they would add about another hour of material --- however, I've been going back and forth as to whether I enjoy the radio in GTAIV (where they are free to curse - no more FCC I guess), as oppossed to where the hosts had to be more subtle before with there crude humor. Gog
I always hated Laszlo, so I haven't even heard him in this game (and don't plan to). My guess is that he hung around too much with the very unfunny & un-witty Opie & Anthony who appear in this game too. I'm sure Laszlo is trying to be like them, which is not a smart move. maxopower
love laslow and think I like him best in this game but his role as "laslow the inturn" on Vrock( VCS) was god to, and "cusen ed" was great as well
Fuzzknuckles
You know, I don't think he has changed at all. I think he's still a bit of a dick. A funny dick, but a dick. Signatures are dumb anyway.
