Downloadable Side Missions ?

Could it be possible to re introduce those Taxi, Paramedic, Firefighter and PCJ Missions via the online portal ?

 

I wonder what the feasibilility would be for Rockstar to make these Side Missions available again, in a downloadable update.(and not just for the Xbox360 either)

 

Just a Thought
