Everyone Left MP?

Im playing MP in free mode with about 12 ppl.

All of a sudden everyone's name is listed as they left all at the same time (big long list) and im the only one left online in that game.

 

Was that a server side problem but if yes then how is it i didnt get affected and all 12 did?

 

Even if they had voice chat they couldnt of all left the game perfectly at the same time.

 

This sucks cus i was having fun and you know it can be difficult to find a good free mode event at times.
