DDDenniZZZ
I heard the marshmallow R2 and L2 PS3 triggers make the game harder to play then on the 360. Got GTA IV on PS3 and 360, triggers are no big deal, you get used to them after a bit. Although you have got a point with the PS3 ones, they feel weird if you come from the 360 to PS3

thebritishbulldog
I have GTA4 and a PS3 and I would advise anybody to get it for the Xbox. The PS3 version is riddled with problems on Multiplayer.
druid318
How about you just go buy one and STFU about it. No one cares what system anyone else prefers and no one cares what you buy. If you have any actual questions about the game or the systems i'm sure someone here can help, but you need to learn to write in a way that people can understand what you are asking. Erados
How do you know it's better if you don't have it yet? Not that I'm saying it's not - I have a PS3 and have no problems, but I haven't played the Xbox version nearly as much so I don't know which is better. I do like the Ps3's controller better, though. Much more fluid to go from control to control for me.
Basa
All the PS3 games play in their native resolution. Which is usually 720p if your tv can cope with it. But in order to play most games in a higher quality you need to force the PS3 to display it in 1080i/p by removing 720p from the compatibility list in the settings on the PS3. I don't see a difference between the 360 and the PS3 graphics. They both look the same to me. The only way you'd see a difference is if you played them on a CRT/LCD tv which wasn't HD lol. As someone already posted, theres a few videos out there comparing the quality, but theres no mega differences. The PS3 is more powerful so its supposed to be able to render objects faster (i.e. Objects won't just appear from nowhere in the game, such as cars and peds), but I still see it happening on the PS3. Only thing it doesn't really happen to as much is the buildings. EDIT: Also, I've got both PS3 and 360, I have never had a problem with my 360 and I've had it for a good while (2 years or somethin). I've had my PS3 since January and the fans been a bit problematic, gets loud now and again. But its not happened in a while. Not really worried about it since its still in warranty. Anyway, the point I'm trying to get across is that anything can break. Keeping your xbox cool will most likely make it last longer, but that being said, I'm sure if you kept your PS3 in a closed glass doored cabinet, I'm sure it would melt within a day or two. Basa
The fans on my PS3 can get very noisy when playing GTA4. And sometimes for very little reason. After moving my PS3 to a vertical position the noises stopped. Might have just been a coincidence though. Considering the PS3 is supposed to be the quietest console, its not a good sign lol. Basa
is the sixaxis for this any hard? sorry if this is off topic You do not have to use it. Its just an optional extra. You can use it to tilt bikes and control helicopters, but thats about it. There is a tutorial on it which you can access from your phone. Hope this helps
Rassick
Well im still getting ps3 I know the ps3 will be better looking and might not have online play now ,but I am gonna have to be on Sonys side here Sony made a more powerful system and its gonna be around for a while xbox having been out now has online play established at this point thats true I see that but ps3 will have to make its online play just as good or better than xbox360 online play I feel that way. I nearly ran out of breath reading this, plus not one of your posts in this thread made any sense.
