DLC GTA IV

So i was looking around the web when I saw portal from the orange box. There was also garry's mod and another game that was modded particulary easy. Now imagen if gta 4 had this as a dlc. the ability to use portals. now, is it possible?

 

 

and if so, will it b supported only on 1p or also online?

 

oh and being able to size the portals

I don't think they are likely to add portals. This sort of thing is more in keeping with a sci fi genre game.

This being a crime game, it wouldn't really be a compatible concept

i was thinking of that but it might be something that could b thrown out there

They probably could do it, but i think it would most likely be a bit too jarring, to go from a gritty crime setting

to all of a sudden having the ability to teleport, it would kinda destroy the sense of continuity and consistency

first of all, Valve and R* are completely unrelated and would never merge their universes together like that.

 

Secondly, adding portals to IV would make about as much sense as adding dinosaurs. Let Half-Life be Half-Life and let GTA be GTA. Just enjoy them each in their own world.
