100% question

im at 98.25% right now and i dont know why, all jumps done, all birds shot, all special character abilities unlocked, all activities unlocked, cars stolen etc etc

 

the only thing i can think of is the random characters which is at 13, but i remember killing a guy once when given the chance, i think it was a faustin mission, do i still need to find 14?

 

also for the cubed game, it says high score, do i just have to get on the high score board or actually beat the highest score?

sorry man but i can't answer any of that sh*t, i'm only at the mission where you have to kill pegorino like a litle more than 60%

If, throughout the storyline, you have the opportunity to let someone live or to kill them and by letting them live they will come back as a random character, killing them during the game will not affect your chances of getting 100%.

 

Basically, if a character can be killed, their missions (if any) will not count for 100%.

 

Also, for your random character missions, some characters will give multiple missions, so be aware of that.

When doing the bowling activity, did you beat someone on a full game or a half game? It has to be a full game to count, not sure if it applies to you.

Beat the highest score.

Beating qubed will give another 1.25% so you will probably need something else.
