A Word 2003 Question

Alright, I have had this problem before and somehow fixed it. My mistake was that I did not detail how I fixed it. Anyways, whenever I am using Bullets and Numbering, I cannot use the tab function to change the indention. Normally a press of good ole tab at the beginning would cause it to indent to a new spot and shift + tab would cause a decrease in indention. Now, whenever I press tab...it tabs...not good whenever you love using bullets and numbering for making outlines and taking notes.

 

Anyways, I would love if you could tell me what I have down wrong.

 

I use a Compaq Presario V5000, Windows XP, Office 2003 (which has Word 2003) and AMD Turion 64....
