When you drive it the music starts playing straight away and the faster you drive the faster the music plays, the slower you drive the slower the music plays and when you reverse the music plays backwards. Then came SA, it was vary immiture, It's like it was made by horny teenagers. But GTA4 is mature again, and I like it that way (although I miss the argueing chopper pilots a bit). SA was horrible. Some of the missions were way too out there. ...Everything in general was bad. I think San Andreas had the most 69 references as well.
