On a Blista Compact in GTA4 there is a badge on the back of the car itself to the left. It reads " Invariable Valve Timing" this is an obvious refrence to Honda's VTEC Four Cylinder Engines,

 

Variable Timing Electronic Control

 

Plus also the car is based off a Honda CRX

On the buses at the back, there is a sign on it that says "this bus is built with no technology".

Not neccesarily a jab at Honda - pretty much all modern vehicles have variable valve timing - it's a basic concept of modern engines.

yes true thing, im partial to the American pushrod V8 haha. Still the invariable timing part, pretty funny, i lol'd

 

Its could just be a parody to VVT itself haha
