I mean someone sued McDonalds because their coffee cups didn't say "This side up" and he turned it upside down, so that the hot coffee was on his pants. And some old granny sued some company, because she tried to dry her cat in the microwave oven, and the cat died. That's why most of the american micros say "Do not dry cats" or something...
