Hellsteeth30
I'll add myself to this, but it only happened after I cleared the cache. Before, everything was fine I could play a good 3-4 hours without incident switch it off and continue later. But now it either cycles through the loading screens at the beginning or happens shortly after leaving my safehouse upon loading the game. Not a single mark on my disc nor any warping and the disc drive itself is brand new (BenQ) I just got my 360 back from repair. EDIT: Yep, definitely the cache it played fine for over an hour without the HDD on. I hope R* can fix it soon. danielinthebed
Use Bathroom Soap and Warm Water to clean disk and nothing else, dry of with tissue, works a treat everytime.

It never happens with my other games The disc may have an "broken" which can happen if you put the disc in "imbalance" which may cause scratches or a curved disc. Happened to me one time so either way you have to buy a new disc since the ones you bought them from don't have responsibility when that sh*t happens. It's nothing to do with the disc at least in my case, without the hard drive I played for over a hour, while with the HDD back on again UDE on the loading screen.
