In Broker near Mohawk avenue, there is a ledge whitch runs along broker, at this paticular point the ledge is low enough to push peds off. Simply start a fight run to the ledge, turn so the ped has HIS back to the ledge and push.

I've spent a fair amount of time doing this.

You don't have to push them if you are in the right place, just target them and walk towards them and they'll fall off, you won't get no wanted level either

 

Good places:

-Hang out at the top of long straight stairs and wait for the punters.

-Push peds off the subway platform just before the train arrives.

 

There are lots of strategically placed peds throughout the game who stand besides edges and ledges as well.

A few I remember:

 

-At the short bridge between Charge island and Bohan.

-Usually on top of some scaffolding by the road when you enter Alderney.

-On top of a chimney a bit North of Honkers in Alderney.

 

You can start a fight, then run up stairs to push them off rooftops as well

Peds at railway stations are fun to push as well, especially when a train is coming. "More drama for yo mama!"

You don't even need a ledge. Just walk into them with something like a wall or bench behind them and they will fall down. Walk over them a few dozen times while they try to stand up until they cough up the cash. It's funny as hell.

 

No wanted level either unless you do it to a cop.

Just down from your middle park condo befor the police station is a ledge they always sit on over a road. they go right over with a shove about 30 feet down to concrete-splat!
