List of features that I miss in gta 4, and things that should be included(its a long one): 1. Tanks. 2. Parachutes. 3. Car customization 4. Hair cuts 5. tattoo's 6. Fingerless gloves:P 7. Katana Sword 8. Planes 9. Bicycles 10. C4 11. larger selection of outfit 12. larger selection of weapons 13. Jet packs 14. Chainsaw 15. Buy able houses 16. Buy able businesses 17. More enterable buildings 18. Metros, planes should be able to explode 19. Quads 20. Hunter 21. CHEAAATS 22. An actual reward for getting the pigeons and not the idiot anhiliator 23. Ambulance and fire department side missions 24. Hijacking trains 25. Dialogue interactivity with pedestrians 26. Garage for storing cars 27. An fire department and Ambulance that actually work on peds when u call them. 28. The access to the roofs that Rockstar promised 29. side mirrors where u actually see what happens behind u(this was confirmed by rockstar to be included) 30. Tanker trailers 31. Characters from previous Gta’s 32. Silencers 33. Stealth kills with a knife 34. Night vision goggles 35. enterable clubs(cmoooon R* its supposed to be new york look a like) 36. One casino, with playable casino games 37 More mini games (basketball?) where u can bet money on 38 Swimmming underwater(thnx to 365_days_gone ) 39 More Songs 40 Camera that has memory, where u can store pics 41 events like a run marathon through lc(like in san andreas), and be able to push people that are running in front of you:P The only thing that Gta 4 has is its Characters, Graphics and euphoria, without those 3 thing it’s a MAJOR step back. So they scrapped them in favor of detail (they also had to start from scratch). EDIT: After re-reading the list, I've noticed a few things I missed. And I agree with a few of them. This is not an upgrade verison of SA, get over with this idea. And I'm sure that the next GTA IV series will have more stuff than what we have now. Some old features may come back, and some new feature may be added. But all the features that they add in are depended on whether they fit in the story and the setting. SA has tons of useless features, such as tuning cars, hunter, etc. But most of those stuffs fit in the setting (CJ is a gangster, so the customizeble appearance fits well). Have a good day, sir. the difference between GTA SA and IV is when u finish the story in gta 4, there is nothing more to do. gta san andreas had all that "crap" that kept u hooked for many more months. caladina Posted May 26, 2008 Share Posted May 26, 2008 the ability to play as a different character, weither it be story mode or sod about mode seasons and a random generator to create once in a while big weather effects or building fires, you know, the random stuff that pops up in real life, maybe a larger than normal tide that floods a bit of the island for a day or so. ability to change the time of day to real time or alter it to your prefered pace, i feel the current minute for an hour is too quick F1 race track, demo derby events, ability to start fires properly so you can set fire to large areas / buildings a zoo, possabilities there are endless, you could let the lions and tigers loose and watch the mayhem unfold, or gain "freindship" points by regularly feeding a particular animal them reach a point where stealing it unseen by gaurds etc it will then become your pet ..........a gaurd tiger, custard pies so you can pie pedestrians, mad stuff like that yeah i know R* want to make the game realistic and harder/grittier but alot of people miss the nutty stuff maybe an option to adjust the loonicy of the game Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

illadelph0808 Posted May 26, 2008 Share Posted May 26, 2008 YES its been said that a lot of the crap is missing and, YES they have to build the next gen from scratch R* are building with quality foundations, aka, IV with the graphics and physics engine then build on top of that with features which will blow our minds in future installments it's not like they just couldn't be arsed to put in any of those features, they have to think in the long run Saints Row 2 has just slapped a load of features together (if you see the new trailer, youll see it looks fun, but its noticebly sh*tty aswel) in about 2-3 years when the next GTA comes out, all the people bitching will be back sucking at R* teet Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
