Umm...... i was doing this mission but they keep sending me rescheduling reminders, and I have no idea where to go for the Interview, where do i go???

You should end up phoning Francis and after you finished with him there should be a marker on the map i think

If I remember rightly, there was an i (like an information "i") on the map which stood for interview.

But I could be wrong.

Yeah you get a phone call and they set up the interview and you go to an "i" on the map.

Indeed. After you made the appointment, you have to buy smart clothes. The next day around 12 o'clock is your interview. Earlier that morning, you will get a phonecall, after which the "i" appears on the map. There you can start the mission.

 

If you want to do the mission real easy, you can also kill the guy with a knife, and after that jump through the window after you broken it (with the knife). Then, you won't get a Wanted Level, so you can drive easy to Francis.
