I know there's oysters and stuff which are cool, but are there any secrets or anything I can see underwater?

 

Also, is it true that you can get eaten by a shark/stung by the tortoise?

No, as far as im aware, they arent electric or have spikes sticking out of them.

 

Underwater, i try to chase jellyfish but have never caught one Just cant figure out why....

They all just go the opposite direction when you go near a shark or turtoise, shame, i wanted to ride a dolpin away from the cops.

...lol, I'm pretty sure a tortoise is just an oversized turtle. Don't think they would be able to sting anything.

People used to talk about a shark under the Gant Bridge but there's no such thing. I found one place where if you have full lung capacity, swim to the bottom of the ocean until it gets blacker and blacker. Push CJ into the ocean bed and he'll end up going through darkness an landing somewhere in the desert towns. Dunno where the bit of sea this happened at, it was when I crashed my planer during trying to do the territory glitch.

I found the underwater area to be fairly uninteresting so I added a few objects, a pickup, a couple of vehicles, and even a unique stunt jump to the undersea map. There's a shipwreck inspired by various joke topics. I've considered adding a shark model, but I can't figure out how to make it move so it couldn't do much other than guard/mark an undrowning zone.

 

BTW, I too have trying to ride the dolphins and turtles. Would have been cool.

 

FYI, a tortoise is a land turtle.

Well, i once touched a tortoise underwater and it came back in a pack and bit me, which killed me in advance.

I've never gone near one again.

 

And before anyone says i'm lying, 1. i had infinite lung capacity cheat on, (i had beat the game was exploring the city) so i didn't die from breathe loss. 2. i'm on the ps2 version, so it can't be a mod, and 3. Why would i even bother to make up a lie like that, i'm telling the truth.

The turtles in the water always swim away when you get close to them, no matter what.

And cheating devices can do that I think.

Tell you what. I will use the underwater roaming glitches with a jetpack using the Frank-Tenpenny Walk Underwater and Jetpack method to get up to some sea turtles and check this thing out that you are talking about.

 

I will check it out thoroughly....and as many on this forum and the rest of the net know>>>If I check it out thoroughly then it will be done THOROUGHLY.

 

If you were bored and had a creative moment and made the whole thing up then I give you this one oppurtunity to admit it and fess up without loss of honor.

 

If you choose to ignore this option then I will drag you through the community if you are prooven false.....For far more than wasting my time. The walk of shame here is furious.
