It’s a well known trick that you don’t need to detonate the bomb you plant on it to kill the enemy, simply exit the vehicle and gun them down yourself this way you have the Mr. Whoopee to deliver to the garage. I drive the Dodo all the way from the airport along the roads to Portland, even after 5 years or so I haven't quite got the knack of flying. My brother just barely started the game and I saw a Mr. Whoopee while he was driving around and practically took his head off when he kept asking why he should jack it, while it was driving away. I went there and I found a blazing Mr.Whoppe with all the ice cream melted I stole the truck and brought it to my Portland Export garage though. Why? You having trouble with finding it? if you haven't done El Burro's I Scream You Scream mission yet, then you'll probably want to do that and acquire the truck that way.
