Even the people sitting within 5 feet of it WTF? I also noticed you can't put a bomb on an Ambulance ether, censorship, ha ha Rockstar have no balls. The point of the ones in-game is the same as past games with 8-Ball's Bomb shop its designed to blow-up a car. I suppose you'd expect any bomb to do damage to all things especially other humans but for this being a game you can't expect total realism. When I think of a car bomb, I think of a small explosive planted somewhere in/on the vehicle, generally with a small radius, that is meant to destroy the car. I probably think this because I have seen a video where one of these goes off, killing the man inside (suicide) and injuring a police officer who was about 2 feet away from the driverside window. Whilst in a vehicle, toggle through your weapon inventory and select the Grenades. Press the fire/throw button whilst in the vehicle. Wait until it goes "beep, beep, beep" and then keep hold of it. The car bombs you hear of in Iraq which kill so many people, are usually set off in either, areas of high population, crowded streets, or else are parked, or driven into important structural areas of buildings, causing major damage when a supporting wall or pillar is destroyed.
