CryptReaperDorian Posted May 24, 2008 Share Posted May 24, 2008 Stevie gives me a text message after I save the game after getting him a Sultan (I think, I think that was also the 20th vehicle). Anyways the text tells me to go get the Cognoscenti in Alderny City (which is sort a larger district/neighborhood) and I can't find it. I studied the pic. in the text, but then again pics. on the cellphone in GTA IV are crappy most of the time, I even spawned a Cognoscenti with a cheat to drive around so I won't miss it.
