That was weird, I was doing the swing glitch a few times after seeing the Crashes topic and I left and went to a nearby park.

 

I jumped on top of a Patriot there and held a grenade until it almost blew up. When I let go, I had obviously died, flew up into the air in slow motion but the screen still retained perfect colour and there was no blur effect.

 

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeird...
