I too have searched for the black taxi cab all through the story up to completion, and i havent found it.

Roman should call you and tell you his service is up and running again. If you call for one of his cabs, they'll come. I've heard the actual cab changes from Roman's taxi to a Calvacade or something of the sort later in the game, though.

Oh, well I'm wrong then Whenever I called for a cab I just got his answer phone thing until he started sending the Cavalcades. Guess I didn't need to panic about taking my Coquette and Futo GT up to Bohan before getting Roman.

You know what I did? I saved the car from before Roman's depot burned down. Remember he was hiding in the trunk? Well, the trunk was permanently opened, so I kept it. The trunk never closes. It's awesome. I tried walking on it and everything...
