San Andreas had it a bit (Pulaski calling the cab driver a stupid Mexican for instance or Salvatore Leone calling CJ an eggplant piece of sh*t), but I think GTA IV took it to a realistic level. My real surprise came when Gerry actually said that he "didn't wanna work for ni**ers". That and the physics engine and acting really gave the game a movie-like feeling. Discuss.
