spacemonkey7 Posted May 24, 2008 Share Posted May 24, 2008 ok, so i was walking down to romans taxi depot (i decided to walk to soak in the atmosphere) when out of nowhere im hit by a runnaway car, he slams into a fence and stops. i run up to jack his car and beat him up for hiting me when i realise he's dead! i inspect the damage and theres a big dent in the back of his car and a small dent fromhiting the fence. the only way i could put this together is if this scenario took place: someone rear-ends him so hard that his neck snaps and he dies. his foot gets jamed on the peadal and he speeds into me. this has happened to me a few times. this is just one of the hundreds of little things i love about GTA IV. has anyone else had this happen to them? Once when I was being chased by the cops in a car, a cop on foot carjacked a woman for her vigero, and started chasing me in it. I had cop cars and this cop in a cilvilian car chasing me. Dillinger8 Posted May 24, 2008 Share Posted May 24, 2008 On a date with one of my friends. I forget who, it was probably Little Jacob, since bad things tend to happen when I hang out with they guy. And we were arriving at his "home" or what have you, after a night of drinking, so my camera is finally coming under control and I have a clear view of whats going on, on screen. I get out of the taxi that drove us there, and a Bobcat slams straight into Niko, pinning him between the cab and the truck. Instant DEATH. It was so sudden and insane. I thought it was kind of funny, because the speed that the Bobcat was going was insane. I don't think the cops were chasing him or anything, no shots were fired to spook the driver either, what if it was a drunk driver? Probably not, but would have been ironic at least. I guess it Was haha I shot a person through their windshield with a shotgun, and they took off. I was thinkin "No f*cking way did they live from that!". But when they took off after gettin shot they made a sudden left and hit the wall. The wheels were still movin foward even when the car wasnt goin anywhere, and suddenly it just stopped. I was driving around the top of algonquin, and a 300C went all of a sudden off the side of the road, I turned around, went back to look for him and he had hit a dumpster on the side of the road -- He was dead though...
