Francis Mcreary

Hi, after doing a mission for Francis Mcreary where you have to snipe the guy in the window, he's completely disappeard off the map. Will he eventually return later after doing certain missions? I checked the stats and it says that Francis Mcreary missions are 66.67% completed. Any info is greatly appreciated

 

edit: Gerry has also disappeared from the map. the stats says he's at 40% mission progress. I assume that he'll reappear later on?

Yes he will, although there is only 1 more you will do later on that involves Francis this alone gets your progress with him up to the maximum of 100% as odd as it seems. The same applies to Gerry with more missions coming for him later on.
