Seroius 360 problem

Ok I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but its pissing me off. I turn the game on get the two R's and such then the game tells me I need to sign into my profile when I already am, to make matters worse when its tells me to press A to sign in or B to quit it won't accept either action. Now if for some reason I get passed this problem when the game loads and I in my apartment the camera shoots strait up and spins. I don't know whats wrong can anyone help me.
