Random Peds

Is there a list out there with the times that the random peds will be availible?

Please don’t double post, just be patient until you get a reply

 

Some characters have no specified times you just have to go to them during morning, afternoon or night. I did manage to make a list for you though based on personal experience and from what I have read on various sites. Note that it cant be considered 100% guaranteed to work for all as I have seen countless topics talking of problems meeting characters be it at the location or time of day.

 

Brian - First, second and third meeting varies from morning to afternoon.

 

Badman - Morning.

 

Mel - Morning.

 

Ilyena - Afternoon.

 

Hossan - Morning.

 

Sara - First meeting afternoon, second at night.

 

Pathos - Both afternoon.

 

Jeff - Morning to afternoon. Note second meeting he calls you so time of day doesn’t matter here.

 

Cherise - Only available if you spare her in the mission Ruff Rider. Morning.

 

Marnie - Both afternoon.

 

Eddie - Both times between the hours of 10pm and 4am.

 

Ivan - Only available if you spare him in the mission Ivan The Not So Terrible. Afternoon.

 

Clarence - Only available if you spare him in the mission Holland Nights. Afternoon.

 

Gracie - Afternoon.
