He meant that if you don't recognize a flying object, it's a UFO. In your case, it was a speck of dirt on the camera lens, or a weather balloon. Therefor, any object that you cannot clearly identify that is flying is a U.F.O. If I took a sh*t and tied it to a balloon and flew it over your house you could call it a U.F.O, given you didn't know that it was my sh*t tied to a balloon. Wait, so you do believe that there are creatures exactly like us somewhere out there, the chance of that being much lower than different creatures being out there somewhere, yet you don't believe the latter.
