My boat effort is an epic fail, other than getting a pic.

 

I beached the boat on the east side of the spit of land where Faustin's house is located by that office/apt. building closest to the guard shack. I chose that spot so I'd be close enough to a vehicle that the boat wouldn't disappear when I retrieved the vehicle. I snagged a Regza from the parking lot and pushed the boat up to the road, and then through the guard's gate. On the main road, I snagged a Patriot to use to push the boat to Roman's former apartment. I put the boat in the reserved spot, but it wasn't there when I returned after saving.

 

Maybe a cop pinched it for a hot pursuit. Not sure I turned the motor off before leaving....

all parking spaces are always available...basically that means that you have access to a parking space (the "reserved parking" box) at any point even before you gain access to that particular safehouse...or in the case of broker you still can use the spaces after the apt burns.

 

as i have said before you can park cars at the safehouses in algonquin prior to getting either safehouse...as long as you know where they are on the map.

Haha, he probably beached it in a location where there is a ramp that is easy for a large truck to push it up. Then he probably just pushed it to the safehouse.
