achievement still locked

So last night I beat R*s time on all three ranked co-op maps the times were posted on the leader boards but still no achievement unlocked. I called microsoft who made me do a memory maintanance and i should (hopefully) have the achievements in my profile (in four hours),so I was wondering if that has happened to anyone else?
