During the mission where your target, which is supposed to be killed, flees on the toilett in central park, some other toiletts are locked. Shoot em open and you're going to see a zombie inside there! I think you can go there during the day when sun is shining, search of locked toiletts and shoot them open. Na it's no fake.... If someone has to do that mission please shoot the locked toiletts open and you will see. It's no fake, I swear! The person in there had green/yellow skin. Kinda scarry.....
