It makes evading the 3 stars quite easy. i did it the hard way, it was a fun mission I did it the easy way. i shot everything that moved, legged it to a car and drove away. the only hard part is navigating your way through the hospital, as long as you have enough ammo the missions really easy. And usually they're a lot easier if you have the right car. Found these the only really challenging missions though, shooting ones were too easy in my oppinion. It makes evading the 3 stars quite easy. i did it the hard way, it was a fun mission I did it the easy way. i shot everything that moved, legged it to a car and drove away. the only hard part is navigating your way through the hospital, as long as you have enough ammo the missions really easy. the first time i did it was suposed to be the ''easy'' way, i grabbed a chopper and started teh mission. i killed evrybody and got the drugs. then i got in my chopper and tried to escape, but it was impossible the kepped spotting me. so i restarted the mission and did it on the hard way. i killed evrybody and some cops and then tried to escape with 4 stars it was very hard but i made it.
