JoeyLeone25
Synopsis; A young man (James McAvoy) finds out his long lost father is an assassin. And when his father is murdered, the son is recruited into his father's old organization and trained by a man named Sloan (Morgan Freeman) to follow in his dad's footsteps. Now, when I saw the first trailer for this film, my initial reaction was "so this is what happens when you just throw money at special effects for no apparent reason", however after seeing the Russian trailer (see link below) for Wanted, my intrest has peaked some-what. As it now looks like a crazy-thrill-ride that will be up there (not necessarily on the same platform) as the Nightwatch series. http://www.slashfilm.com/2008/05/23/wanted...red-band-style/ Release Dates; UK 27 June 2008 USA 27 June 2008 Anomalous Material.com <--> AMF Multiplayer Topic Join Quidco and get Cashback for buying things online! Don Garcia aka NjNakedSnake
Having seen the trailer quite a few times, I can just predict this is going to be a sh*t movie.
Creed Bratton
Looks over packed with effects and action sequences. And the protagonist looks like a junkie. I think I will pass this
Groovy
I'd be excited if it didn't totally sh*t all over the source material.
Protonkid
Bekmambetov prooved himself to be a great director. THose effects are only used in the bullet time effects. Believe me, I live in the country he worked for past 5 years.
Andyzoot
I'd be excited if it didn't totally sh*t all over the source material. I heard about that. Haven't they COMPLETELY ignored the comic? I liked Nightwatch and to a lesser degree, Daywatch. Plus I think James McAvoy is a good actor so I will probably try and see it at some point...
