When you catch Sweet from the firetruck when sweet drives the car it suddenly explodes i dont type the blow up cars cheat im using v1

I used trainer with the inf car health cheat no mods or anything i use Crazy Trainer

Try deleting gta_sa.set file located in C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files. Try reinstalling the game. After uninstalling the game you need to delete GTA San Andreas folder located in C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games. Only then install the clean copy of the game.

I guessed so. The infinite car health cheat messes with the programmed health of the Feltzer in-game. You need to turn that off.

@CCPD: The problem lies with the save since he has used the trainer on the save and not the game.
