Back in the old days of MTA: VC 0.22, I once played (circa 2003/04) almost nonstop for 3 days without going outside. As soon as I was out, I had to go walk to the nearest mall (which is a mile from here; and I didn't have a car when I was 14) So what I did unconsciously was walk up to the nearest parked car and tried to open its locked door.

 

 

I was so used to jacking cars to get to faraway places in MTA, that I even tried the same in RL.

No. And if anything, the game made it so i don't want to kill anyone. In this game, killing someone seems way more realistic; and not just people and them screaming, but what they look like dead. if you zoom onto their face, it is no longer the same as when they were alive, they have, well, a dead expression, like all sad and like they went through a lot of pain, and it almost seems like their face is getting paler. when you see that, you see that's what it would be like killing an innocent person in real life. If i was going to kill someone, I'd hire someone to do it for me. you can pay a hitman like 80 dollars to kill someone for you, but that doesn't guarentee that the police doesn't trace the murder back to you.

MTA=multi theft auto and RL = real life

So i found myself sitting on top of a flat roof aiming my scope at a guy outside halifax taking money out of the hole in the wall.

 

I took a clean shot and i'm assuming took quite a bit of his face off.

 

I leaped of the roof onto the road and did a great roll running across the street and cliping my ankle against a car.

 

Was shocked to see the guys money had not just flown out of his pockets searched him to find a sh*tty 10 pound note.

 

Before i knew it the police had me pinned down i tryed to search through my inventory but found no guns, needless to say i am writing this from prison.

 

Still there was no way i could logicaly predict all this as GTA really did make it look like it could really work.
