Decision Time!

Just wondering if someone would be oh so kind to list what happens when its down to decision time.

 

Like lets say the very first guy that Vlad tells you to kill, could someone make a list of what happens if you kill or don't kill a certain person?

I don't think the little decisions you have to make affect the game's story in any way, just changes the dialogue in cutscenes and [possibly] relationships between Niko and his friends.

If you kill major characters - major things change in the story. As for the minor ones, like Cherise, Clarence or Ivan - they will be the random characters, you can accidently meet them and they will give you some minor mission.
