Oddsock Posted May 18, 2008 Share Posted May 18, 2008 Hi yall. I haven't posted in the GTA IV catergory before, but I figure I'd speak about something that got to me a little... The GTA IV theme, heard particularly at the loading screen. I don't know about you guys, but the quick beat, echoing "dings" and the general rhythm invoke feelings of panic, isolation, and uncertainty in me. Now I don't mean I suffer from these, but compare this to San Andreas's music, which sounded very cool and almost relaxed. Remember the Halo 3 E3 trailer, where trumpets were used, a sound which signifies victory or bravery. So, while the music from GTA IV is very nice, is it possible the wrong emotions are being evoked with the tune? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
