Do you have to beat the high score for 100%, if so how do you do it its really hard lol, any tips?

It's basically a 3d version of tetris. It's kind of difficult at first but it gets really fun. Also the high score is really heard to get.

 

I don't think you need it for 100%, but it is an achievement.

you DO need it to get the 100% and it's actually fairly easy. all you have to do is build up your power bar in the top right corner. you do that by getting 4 colors into a square shape. it takes 4 "squares" to fill up the power bar once and then when you get stuck and it start to fill up just use a power up and it clears one of the colors making it a hell of alot easier.

That game is actually fun when you know how to play I beat it on my 2nd try, first was just to get used to it, my high score was 16200 I think. Not that high but I beat theres.

I dont know what these specials are about, but I figured out that when you press "the red circle" on PS3 allmost every cube will get destroyed. I think that this is the best special so I always pressed the same button, so I dont know what the other specials do.

 

I got like 13.000 after I had the highscore I was bored and let all cubes pass.

 

I did it in my second try.

 

Had anyone else the problem that their TV is that sh*tty that you cant figure out if the color is red or orange?

I feel really skilled that I got the highscore with this kind of handycap.

Ok I tell you:

Build rectangle with as example 4 red cubes.

Then you see that the 4 red cubes become a big red cube.

Thats one Powerpoint, watch your Power at the left upper side of your TV.

If you fill this bar, you can activate a special.

I love the game... I wish they had included others though... It doesn't have to be all shiny and pretty though, I would have been happy even to see a shiny game like QUB3D among a row of cheesy arcade games like Tetris and Mario clones.

 

edit: yes, I have the problem with red/orange and blue/purple also. I suspect that they (foolishly) designed the game for HDTV and flipped the proverbial bird to those of us who have to stand within licking distance of the television to read cell-phone messages

I got my high score up to 22,000.....it pretty hard after level 16.

thanx i finaly got it after about 10 mins got up to a score of 17,850

Highest score 43,700 this game is too easy and fun but gets really hard close to level 30 cuz the blocks come falling down super fast so fast you cant even turn them anymore

Thanks for the tip man. I never even linked a four part square my first time playing the game, and sadly that was my best score yet, bout 9k. My last two attempts would have succeeded if I had know this lil tidbit.

As an aside, does anyone know if doing multiple events, (IE eating, bowling etc) on each friend "date" counts towards satisfying the "Do all activities" score? Or do I have to go eat once, wait call then go play pool, then go bowling... etc. etc.

AH yes the cellphone... I liked the device BUT THE SCREEN BLOWS.

Stevie's car photo's were particularly USELESS. They should AT LEAST have allowed you to jack around with the contrast. I have a 36 inch tv but without the HD I can't read jack. Specially when driving. But sadly it doesn't matter. after 100% I don't see my playing the game much again. Aside from Multiplayer
