I role played as a child molester, the only problem was that there were no kids to touch so i tried to touch everyone else with my shotgun but they kept getting pissed for some reason. I told them that they were ruining all my fun by shooting back at me but they wouldnt listen so i just sat in a parked car for an hour until they forgot about me then i struck again muuuhahahaha.

Hah! No kidding, if you are playing the game in any way at all... you are roll playing. ... dungeons and dicks, dragons and dildos... all the same. So he was a 3rd level Commuter and the poster was just a 5th level Assassin. Sounds like he was rollplaying to me too.

So i was playing a free roam game and saw that everyone was acting like they were in real life. i was thinking "gay." I saw a player stopped at a red light and sniped him through the windshield of his car. He started cussing me out and left and then i got vote kicked. 

If you wanna kill players that were not doing any harm to you then may I suggest you join a Death Match game, or are you afraid someone might actually kick your ass? The reason they call it free roam is that people can do what they want. If they don't want to drive at high speed, kill innocent civilians and be a total arse like you have then Free-Roam allows them to do as they please. Personally I would have kicked you too, and probably would in future games. It's because of sackless POS' like yourself that ruins other peoples fun.

 

Like I said if you want to kill other online players then play a real DM game, otherwise you deserve to get kicked.

So then someone should have role played a cop, arrested you, and sent you to jail. Then you could have broken out of jail.

Hah, there are (or were - I'm not really too sure of the state of the game right now) some sa-mp role-play servers where you could apply to be a cop. Then if someone starts killing unprovoked you could call the cops and they'd get tossed in jail for a certain amount of time, if they could catch the guy. It was all rather weird, but I suppose whatever floats everyone's boat.

 

My problem with role-play servers on GTAIV would be: how can you know you're connecting to a role-play server, there's no server master list to tell you what everyone's doing; and without the ability to mod your own server, how can you keep track of stats?

The point of free mode is really just to do what you want. Think its rather "gay" that you clearly seen the guy was just pissing about doing his own thing but decided just to piss him off by shooting him.

 

Fair enough I ain't into driving around like a ped, but when me and my mate are pissing about in helicopters having dog fights, it is a pain in the arse folk shooting RPG's at us. If you want to just kill people go into death match.

At the end of the day some people don't want to be shot at or killed for no reason at all and want to just explore, except that the moron who travels from one side of the city to the other just to kill you is a complete and utter fanny who's too scared to play TDM or DM. Then when you turn the tables on them and kill their ass they hurl torrents of abuse at you, rabble down the mic, target you everytime and try and have you kicked.

 

I personally wouldn't go around shooting people who were doing no harm to me or the others unless they shoot at me 1st or it was a free-for-all agreed by the people in the lobby. It's called being courteous and having respect for other gamers, which alot of these 13 year old pussies playing this game seem to lack.
