If you are having troubles just get body armor, change into the ER scrubs run in unplug anthony and run out of the hospital as fast as you can without shooting any of the cops. Niko will say "let me have some doctor time" or something along that and the guy in the room will leave. Then unplugg the life support and WALK out. I just went into the hospital guns blazing, then threw a grenade into the patients room and fought my way back out, then made my escape in a police car. Deuce Deuce Posted May 19, 2008 Share Posted May 19, 2008 Best way to do it is to go there equipped with full health and amour, along with a combat pistol, M4 (just incase) and a shotty with enough rounds to blast your way through anything that is a threat to you. Once you enter the room, shoot the guy on the left before anything else, then proceed to shoot Anthony, look behind you and there should be a cop standing there shooting at you. Take him out, follow the way out and use your shotgun and take cover respectfully. You should be left with at least full health and some armour. I dumped Kiki because she's a posessive paranoid bitch but it's easy to get away from the cops IMO, find a long straight road and floor it!
