help with snow storm please

hello this is my first post so be nice lol

 

I got gta 4 last sunday and have got to the snow storm mission. I can kill all the dealers get the coke but.......

 

 

i get lost in the hospital and end up being shot dead

 

I really do not know where ive to go in the hospital. I know what ive got to do though and could loose the cops but i cant find my way out of the hospital.

 

Also should i try and shoot my way out ?

 

or should i just run for it .

 

any help with directions on where ive to go would be gr8.

Some people say to just run like hell out and drive away. I personally shot my way out...go out the door u got the coke in and head right til you can't anymore (big room) the the exit door is to your right....if i remember correctly. Watch for the guys on the roof too!

Just use a couple of grenades to clear out the rooms of cops when they storm the place. Once you get to the main door just book it outside to the nearest decent car (i think there is a truck right outside the door, but it kinda sucks). There should be plenty of cars in the parking lot across the way, just get in one of those and take off.

 

And if you are really having trouble getting lost in the building try setting a way point for yourself on the map so you have a local landmark.

I too hated Snowstorm - I kinda froze at first and a cop snuck up on me, I was kinda ambushed. Best advice is a bit of both - go all Rambo and blast everything in your way, THEN run like f*ck the first chance you get to anything with four wheels and an engine.

I got a good tactic for this mate. The cops may seem big but there is not many. Jump on the table with the coke on and jump to the second floor. Kill the 2 coppers in the room below you and then try to get out the back. If you fall (I did) take cover behind a overturned blue fridge thing. You need a shotgun or something like that for the room. Take down the coppers who come in the room with the shotgun, and when they are down get ur ak47/m4 and take the ones at the end of the corridoor. Pause, look on the map and zoom in and look how many cops there are left. You can kill them all then run out down the corridoor the through that big room till u get out. Find a car or boat and get away. And 3 stars is easy to get away from. But to be honest so is 5 in a good car like infernus (sp) or something. Never stay ion the same road, drop grenades and try to mix up routes as the cops will be dead from grenade and caused pileups. when you escaped go down a back ally and if you can not go somewhere and cross your fingers lol. Hope this helped.

Not many ways to do it, took me a bloomin while too lol i skipped the cutscene so didnt know what the hell was happenin lmao, unfortunately taking cover in tiddly spots ends up with you getting butt chuffed by the auto aim, manual aim and hope for the best

i didn't have many problems with this mission. i think what most people do, is just blindly work their way towards the objective marker while killing all opposition.

 

the problem with that method, is that there are multiple levels of assailants, and multiple entryways. this can cause auto-aim difficulties and you'll end up walking into ambushes.

 

don't make a b-line up the middle rooms, you'll get ambushed from 2nd floor gunfire and waves of attackers on the side hallway. use the sidehallway to advance clearing all the perimeter rooms and taking note of vest and health pickups for when you are leaving...

 

then leave going back through the sidehallway. you'll find that you'll actually flank the 1st wave of swat guys since they attack throug the middle... once you get out, check the map for the nearest roadway and hop a fence to get to it.
