Meeting all the Random Characters

I have met all 14 of the Random Characters and have completed all of their missions except one: Ilyena Faustin's mission. For some reason as I was chasing after the boyfriend to beat him up as ordered I was accidentally killed. I was told that I had failed the mission and the "Saving Content" notification came up. When I went back later to see if she was their again so that I could have another crack at it she no longer appeared. Have I lost the opportunity permanently or does she return at certain times of day?

 

Im mainly asking this because I was going for 100% completion and have done everything that is required to achieve this yet I am still on 94.91%. This is after doing all USJ's, 200 pigeons, completing the main story etc etc. The only missing piece I can think of is that 1 mission failure which it seems might have not allowed the 5% Random Character completion bonus.

 

Any ideas?

i had a similar problem with this mission except rather than beating up the dude who was pimping her daughter i killed him. ilyana then had a go at me saying i was useless and too much violence etc etc etc so i presumed i had failed it and went back to the same place a few times without seeing her again. In the meantime i continued with the game doing all the other stuff and eventually i got to 100% so it seems all you have to do is just engage with her to get the 0.5% or whatever it is you get

So you failed the random character mission? That still counts as doing it. It's very likely that you haven't done every activity with a friend and beaten them at it.

Do I have to do every activity with every friend and win at least once with each of them? Or just win at every activity? Because I have won many times at darts, bowling and pool but maybe not against each character.

you have to do eveything that is possible to do with each friend as seen on their list when you call them up.

 

remember the ONLY 3 friends activities that count toward percentage are Jacob, Packie, and Brucie.

 

also for "winning" i believe it is a one time thing regardless of who you won against. i think it only counts whether or not youve won at the game at least once, not who you won against.

You need to beat the qu3bed highscore too.

Ohhh! I think I get it now. So Ive won at darts, bowling and pool. But now I have to make sure that ive done all the activities with all three people (Packie, Jacob and Brucie). If thats the case then I definitely have a few more things to do! Ill go check this out and hopefully it works!

You need to beat the qu3bed highscore too.

Qu3bd is also part of the 100%?
