IPL Helper GTA SA Instal help!

hey, I have a big problem, I need the new version of the frameworks to get a program on gta said PC to work but when I go in to microsoft site and download it and should pack up and the instalations box popping up, so I press on next sen beginning on late after two pieces - ploppar then setup.exe did not send or dont send you know, I have tried to remove the old frameworks version, but not succeed with this! what should I do, it is wrong with the windows or that I do something wrong? how did you do when this box came up! I need help quickly! and can anyone guide me! the program i use is IPL Helper i cant instal it!

i think you are using older version, you can get newer from here, if problem persist then please install .Net Framework 2.0 from the link in help file

No need to uninstall the previous versions you can have all microsoft framework 1, 2 and 3 on the same OP.

i have try to instal the new framework version but it pop up setup error can not instal i have download the version on swedish and english but nothing hapend i have a auto update on the computer but it dont work to instal frameworks! how i do must i re instal the computer??? or have i a framework cd the orginal from when i buy the computer! or how i do i have download the latest version 5.0 IPL Helper the BETA but that dont work! how i do??
