How do i put building,car and weapon mods to VC`?

Some mods may not have a readme.txt, if they don't, Read the tutorial forum.

 

Reading the tutorial forum, you can know how to install mods, without a readme.txt. Like some car mods.

 

But most mods have a readme.txt, though.
