bigOrion5 Posted May 18, 2008 Share Posted May 18, 2008 Whenever I see a paramedic they either leave the dead/almost dead person alone and complain about a prank call, even when they came without being called, or they can't save them and they try for like a minute saying "don't die on me" or other stuff, then they run away screaming. tarquin biscuitbarrel Posted May 18, 2008 Share Posted May 18, 2008 they can only revive injured npcs, not dead ones. i caused a pile-up on a highway, which set a car on fire and spread over about 8 cars. i was just sat there watching the explosions and flying charred bodies from a safe distance, then an ambulance turned up. the paramedic went over to the corpses and tried (failed) to resuscitate them. then returned to the ambulance and drove off. the AI is good, it just gets stuck occasionally, which would be annoying if it wasn't so darn funny. I saw the paramedics come, one got out of the ambulance walked to the dead victim, walked over him, and used the ATM machine then walked back the ambulance. It was pretty funny. Posted May 18, 2008 Share Posted May 18, 2008 Once I beat a guy up (not to death, just until his health depleted), and when the paramedics came and revived him, he walked across the road to the ambulance, and a jeep came speeding and hit him and killed him instantly. Paramedics came and I saw him start giving CPR. He was pounding on her chest and saying "Wake up dammit!", then she got up and walked (but in that injured way they do) over to the ambulance, got in then it drove off. It was pretty cool. After a while I saw a paramedic car coming towards me like crazy and BANG! It hits the tree right in front of me. I look inside the car (which front had beautifully bent) and both the driver and the other guy are dead! I couldn't do else than laugh.
