Niko is a much deeper character. Tommy is much more of a two dimensional character, and less human than Niko.

I dislike this argument. Sure, Rstar made Niko a more human GTA character, but Tommy is a far more standout character.

A man betrayed, with dreams of grandeur, and the will to take over a city despite all that stands in his way.

-Tommy

Niko had a very deep story, but so did Tommy, Rstar just didn't delve into it. That's the only difference I see between them.

Oh, I so agree! They were both retarded replacements for REAL protagonists. The only thing good about Raiden were his ninja moves.

3.Sonic(sonic the hedgehog)

4.Sephiroth(FF7)

5.Mario(variouse nintendo games)

I KNEW someone was gonna say Sephiroth.

But Mario and Sonic? Sonics recent x-TREME attitude is annoying, and Mario...well, he has no character.

or is this more like Character design or..ah well.

In that case,

Ness (MOTHER 2/Earthbound-SNES)

Snake (MGS-PSX)

Black Shadow (F-Zero X-N64)

Kyle Hyde (Hotel Dusk-Nintendo DS)

Delicious Chris Sandwhich (Resident evil-PSX)
