poast Posted July 11, 2008 Share Posted July 11, 2008 (edited) The gang idea for GTA: SA is unmatched, in my opinion, a beyond perfect idea. There's nothing close to that for IV. I also agree, SA's story was more fun, and more depthful. Although the Taxi rides were great, to just chill out to the city. That's one thing SA isn't. Star Wars was more fun and I've seen it more times but Blade Runner is a better film. Guess which movie I'm comparing to which game. cochese Posted July 11, 2008 Share Posted July 11, 2008 i also agree that GTA:SA was a more fun game. I enjoyed the environment, the story, and the features more than GTA:IV. Sure Iv has better graphics and physics and whatnot, but in my opinion thats not what makes a game fun. SA (to me) had an AWESOME environment, story, MUSIC, and everything about it was just fantastic. After i beat GTA IV, i felt like there was nothing for me to do anymore. I have played through SA 3-4 times and can still turn my PS2 on and just mess around for hours and have a ton of fun driving through the desert and the woods and flying planes and doing sooo much. In GTA IV, i just dont have that same experience. I feel like once you beat the story, there is just nothing to really do. Im probably going to get flamed for this, but i am also looking forward to SR 2, yeah yeah yeah sure they copied GTA and all, but i thought SR was alot of fun to mess around in and customize everything in, and really cant wait to play the next one. I'm more into the gang stuff with the 80's-90's Rap (when it was good). Since when was Rap good? Since the day it was found. And SA is 1000 times better than IV. Main reason: It's based on gang life.
