I did dirt for the ULC, and for that restaurant owner f*cker who I can't remember his name. So I shot that motherf*cker and watched him spit blood out of his mouth as his body fell euphorically limp to the pavement. Then I shot him thrice more. Shotgun. Lots of blood and lots of noise. He killed my friends for $1000. I let him go because, 1.He's a junkie. If he had made something of himself, or at least been sober, I definitely would have put one in his brain. 2. Don't read if you plan to play through again After I let him go, Niko says, that "The dead get closure, the living don't."(or something like that) and I think that applies here.
