I don't want someone to do it for me.. I would like to know where the van is?

The game tells you what to do...

As you enter the Airport a tracking device activates. A bar appears up near the Armour bar (like the Underwater swimming meter.)

As you near the van the bar gets longer, moving away it gets smaller.

Usually the van is at the end of the runway, on a few occasions its on the right near the radar tower. Then it moves toward the area between the central hangers and the Dakota.

 

This is a two part mission First locate and eliminate the van, Then get everybody to the 'pay 'n spray' and home.

I try to:

change from the Limo (which appears from nowhere) to another four door vehicle at the second marker leaving the airport. Then head for the railroad tracks, follow the tracks to the Wang Auto building. and get it repainted

alright cool.. (yeah i already tried the mission i got the the 'signal' thing but my time was 20 seconds) -.-

If you get to the airport earlier you have more time to look for it.

You have to go via the building site but after that go flat out for the docks and then the airport.

 

It does seem to be at the end of the runway more often than it is in other places, but I wouldn't say it's "usually" there. Maybe 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 times. The other times it's by the control tower or even by the hangers to the right as you enter

 

I like to drive back in the limo, it's quite tough. But it does spawn quite close to the van you're trying to destroy and can get damaged in the fall-out. So I drive the limo a short distance away, get out and destroy the van (rockets, grenades, satchel charges, whatever I have) then pick up the other two. If I've got 2 stars I drive around the airport until they're down to 1. Then it's easy enough to drive the limo to the pay'n'spray
