artfuldodger23 Posted May 18, 2008 Share Posted May 18, 2008 Hey fellow GTA VC players, I recently heard about the GTA VC multiplayer craze and I decided to check it out myself... I downloaded client v3.0 and followed the installing instructions and everything... I click the multiplayer icon and try to connect to a server but a PC error pops up and says on top gta-vc.exe -- Unable to locate component and then it says "This application has failed to start because mss32.dll was not found. Re-installing this application may fix this problem"... so i re-install it (deleting past memory of the game), then restarted the PC... I run the MP and i click on a server and BAM! same error?!?!?
