Anyone still getting 'can't connect to provider'?

Never been to play multiplayer games due to the 'lost connection to one or more.....' issue but now I can't connect to game provider.

 

is this another on-going issue or are the servers finally getting sorted?

 

i'm in the north of england, playing on teh PS3 and never had this message before.

 

edit: i know alot of PS3 users are having no trouble playing online. but if you still are please post where your connecting from just so get an idea of how wide spread the problems still are (geographicly speaking)
