It is so damn hard, i can't understnd how you ppl did it...

simple... after a couple of hours of trying... I found that:

Freddy always follows the same route.

Just keep him on the Radar.

Follow at a reasonable speed. CJ dosen't have to chase him at breakneck speeds.

He waits if you get too far behind at the beginning.

when he gets to the end... stop before entering the park and snipe him from a distance.

 

 

Tearing your hair out and cursing the programers is part of the game. don't give up... until you've tried for a week. Also the game lies a lot. You don't have to follow all the directions the game hints at. Try variations, you may be supprised at the results.
